- I don't have any accomplisments to speak of EXCEPT I spent most of my adult life raising my son and providing him with the right direction in life. Helping him to make the right decisions for himself and his growing family!

- My husband and I have sort of adopted a young (29-year-old) girl that has been abandoned by her family simply because she "isn't quite all there". She has a slight case of retardation but we feel with the right help and supervision she can grow up happy and healthy.

Thanksgiving Poem
T'was the night of Thanksgiving, I just couldn't sleep
I tried counting backwards, I tried counting sheep.
The leftovers beckoned - The dark meat and white
I fought the temptation With all of my might.
Tossing and turning with anticipation
The thought of a snack became infatuation.
