AWC DAY 27
Stuck between a rock and a hard place
I had a lot to think about on Day Twenty-Seven
I wondered could I have done any more?
And with that decision would I still go to heaven?
I had a situation at work last week
I didn’t really know what to do
I had to think of my team
But also the company interests too.
When you manage other people
Always keep your staff interests key
You have to be business savvy
It’s a role fraught with responsibility.
I thought long and hard
About what I needed to do
I had to assess the possible ends...
On reaching my conclusion… follow it through.
How do you tackle your problems?
Do you bury your head in the sand?
Do you deal with your issues head on?
Or are you troubled by conflicting demands?
