AWC 09 - DAY 17
On Day Seventeen if you could be a season
What would it be?
Spring, Summer or Autumn
Or would you be cold and wintery?
I think I’d be Winter
Because I can cause others to cosy up
I want them to generate and feel the heat
Wrapping tighter and able to get warmed up
In woolly hats and thick luscious scarves
Fur-lined coats and deep down mittens
Their tired eyes will droop heavily
Because I’d make them have to be cosy
There they’d be with their toasty toes
Snoozing and snuggled in socks
When sleepy time calls them to bed
They’ll be warm enough that the rest of their body
Easily follows them into dreamland
So they may rest their weary heads.
