Acceptance - 10/03/12
I've just uploaded a new audio called Acceptance.
Throughout our lives, the stages of grief can be lived out either consciously or unconsciously. Whether we grieve over circumstances or our whole life in general, the stages of grief can often be difficult to move through. Acceptance is the final stage in the five stages of grief. Through the grieving process we experience, often in no set order, denial, bargaining, anger, depression and finally acceptance. This audio was created for those who wish to end their grief and accept what is, relieving the struggle. It is set to Kevin McLeod’s track of music, “The Stages of Grief” and it runs for approximately 27 minutes.
