my love

lady Ur heart soul mind flow as a poetic rhapsody of spring,
much like a peacock spreading his wings to reveal ,
the splendor of a mating call and aw of being in love,
while trying to win his hearts desire, this poem reaps with fire when two are in love,
my love you have touched me in ways ,no words can match so i will leave this write as is ,to touch it would only serve to take away..enchanting magical oh so wonderful,

speak talk to me as the wind talks to trees
how i love you,
love this heart of mines all the way,
my love you know you better,
a love like mines is hard to find these days,

oh my lady i am a lover,
who's meant to love you like the night loves the stars,
being who you are, has touched my heart,
let that be the reason ,for loves true meaning,

my love doesn't matter, let come what may,
my kind of loving is a dieing breed,
you see i have all the love you'll ever need,,
I'm not bragging just stating facts,
on you I'll never turn my back

trust me when i say,
i be loving you beyond Ur age,
poetic romantic,enchanted mystic,
every time we share a kiss,
like living a life time within a minute,
hours of passions so glad that you are in it,\

searching for reasons why i write

i hurt i searched ,i wonder why,
there is no love in my life,
reason for it all,
i stand tall still i fall,
illusion of a migrating call,

like geese flying south for the winter,
like butterflies caught up in a hurricane,
like a bat in a blizzard,
searching for reasons why i write

a poet and his rhymes,
heart soul and mind,
must flow as one ,
like the colors of life
,
why do i write
i must feel ,i am real,
i must agree,to disagree,
i must hurt .to feel joy,
i am somebody,
who knows somebody,
could that somebody be you,

i am a open book, i am the words and hooks,
i am the person who reads them,
pens them live them,shares them
i am the person who connects,
i am the person who's not correct,
i am the one who is always corrected,

in heart soul and mind,
thu lifes trouble times
from words that rhyme
so why do you ask what you should already know,
i write not for fortune fame or gold,
i write just to free the inner creative soul,
i write so that my spirit may soar,
i write for the same reason GOD made,
man,woman boy and girl,
i write to breathe the essence of life,
i write just to see the colors shine so bright,
i write for wrong that may be right,
i write to give the blind sight,
i write to feel so alive i am so alive when i write,

poetry in motion if you get the notion,
let me be the one who whips up a portion,
of why you read what i write,
something that you like,

Make Time Fly And You'll Have More Fun

Everyone knows that "time flies when you’re having fun," but a new study suggests that the reverse is also true. Researchers tricked people into thinking that either time was flying … or dragging. Those who thought time had "flown by," rated their experiences as more fun.

U.S.-Allied Sunni Groups Struggle Under Iraqi Control

The Sunni militias known as the Sons of Iraq, or Sahwa movement, were credited with helping to defeat al-Qaida in Iraq during the U.S. surge that began in 2007. They have fallen on hard times since coming under Iraqi government control a year ago, facing arrest and other troubles.

Iran Cleric's Funeral Becomes Opposition Protest

Further evidence that opposition to the Iranian government remains strong: Tens of thousands turned out for the funeral of a leading dissident cleric — Grand Ayatollah Hossein Ali Montazeri — in the holy Shiite city of Qum.

'Three-Hour Rule' To Address Tarmac Delays

Starting this spring, delayed airliners must return to a terminal or face hefty fines. They must also offer food and water, maintain lavatories and provide necessary medical attention. The outcry over scenes like this one from a stalled 2007 JetBlue flight promoted the new rules.

Bing Vs. Google: A Weeklong Experiment

James Fallows, national correspondent for The Atlantic and news analyst for Weekend All Things Considered, talks to Michele Norris about his weeklong experiment using the search engine Bing instead of Google to help him track down facts for his latest Atlantic article.

Happy And Insured, Man Has Doubts On Overhaul

Dave Koenig has health insurance through work, and is happy with the plan. But as the health care debate drags on, he says he's losing faith in the overhaul plan. Koenig, who calls himself a conservative, says that at first he was open to President Obama's call to regulate the insurance industry to protect patients. But as lawmakers negotiate behind closed doors, and it's still unclear how much it will cost, Koenig is growing wary of the plan. And he's hoping his health insurance won't change when all is said and done.

Eurostar To Resume Service Tuesday

Eurostar said it would resume its high-speed rail service linking Britain, France and Belgium on Tuesday after a three-day suspension that stranded tens of thousands of travelers. The traffic was suspended between Paris and London through the Channel tunnel as experts tried to discover what caused five trains to get stuck while attempting the passage on Friday.

Health Care Bill Heads For Passage

Senate Democrats won a key procedural vote in the early hours of the morning, overcoming Republican opposition to health care legislation. Two more votes loom before expected final Senate passage by Christmas Eve.

Reporter Discusses Iranian Cleric's Death

Borzou Daragahi, a reporter with The Los Angeles Times, has just left Iran. He talks to Michele Norris about how the death of Ayatollah Hossein Ali Montazeri is affecting the opposition movement in Iran.

Brooke Astor Son Sentenced To At Least 1 Year

Meryl Gordon, author of Mrs. Astor Regrets: The Hidden Betrayals of a Family Beyond Reproach, talks to Michele Norris about the trial of socialite Brooke Astor's son, Anthony Marshall.
