I am a simple brotha but yet complex. I dont take anything for face value . I am a observer so I spend much time to myself, gathering inspiration for my poetry. I am a poet, and I go by the name Reality. I am Reality in the flesh; I am different things to different people. I am a son, a brother, a friend, a warrior, an activist, a scholar, a hustler, a genius, a complete asshole, the nicest guy you will ever met, a student, a teacher, a leader, a follower, a disciple, a wordsmith, a stranger, a weirdo ,an entrepreneur, an entertainer, a lover and a fighter.

- I incarnated on this planet in a body that Statistics said would die before 21 or spend most of my life in prison. I have made it 24 years (and i am still counting) with no felonies and a college degree. Right now i train and mentor my younger brothers on how to navigate through the system without getting caught up in the traps.

It’s the ladies that can make a punk out of a thug,

And it’s more than getting smashed in your guts. . .Ladies let me tell ya!

It’s the fender bender that blessed you with cash because you acted like you had whip lash in the crash,
It’s Sunday soulfood dinner and hymns by Mahalia,
It’s Christ and His life among sinners and failures,

It’s the feather of Maat,
