KEVIN'S BIO.

Author & Poet Kevin Fulton is a striving writer that has utilized his life experiences through soul-searching and addressing his past with personal creative writing that includes a collection of poems, an essay, short story, and inspirational song lyrics. Writing is his self-taught method of therapy that has helped him overcome the trials and tribulations of life. Kevin is currently working on personal growth and spiritual development that will allow him to accomplish his goals of being a prolific published author, inspirational poet, and motivational speaker.

In 1997 Kevin won 2nd place for his essay titled, K-ROBB'S ESSAY ON SOULSEARCHING,
and 3rd place for his poem titled, HEAR ME THOUGH, which is the sub-title for his book titled, POETOGRAPHY. During his trials and tribulations, Kevin experienced a life that led to adolescence behavoiral problems, substance abuse, crime and punishment, and a lifetime struggling for recovery and changes. With a great desire to earn a new life via way of personal changes, he has established a belief system that keeps him in the game of life, willing to face his past and look to " GOD ", has he understands for help. Kevin has built a network of friends that are mentors and community outreach advocates for those like himself. Change isn't easy, he admits, however, when he began to adjust his attitude, behavoir, and lifestyle, the message and light started to shine, giving him a positive perception of change.

Since 2007 Kevin has been a volunteer with Frontlinez Outreach Ministries, a community based outreach organization established by George Griffin. F.O.M., is a Christian based outreach organization that strives to win souls to Christ through evangelism, emergency relief, and provide meals and clothing each month to families in need. Kevin assist in setting up the tents and equipment and cooks at each event. F.O.M., is a great commuity based organization. For more info., contact George Griffin @ 919-201-2719.

In addition to that Kevin audition for Campaign 4 Change and was givien a opportunity to volunteer and later work as a stage manager for C4C, an anti-gang, anti-crime, anti-drug outreach production founded by NAACP AWARD WINNER OTIS LYONS. In 2009 Kevin received, " CAMPAIGN 4 CHANGE MOST PERSONAL CHANGE AWARD ", In recognition, for your continuous dedication through trials and tribulations to make positive changes, and was a guest speaker at the Jan. 17th, 2008 C4C AWARDS BANQUET.
