Hey hey my friend, you've got THAT right! Thanks for sharing the complete elation you feel for being blessed to have a daughter. She is a treasure just like you. It's uncanny how they are a carbon copy of us in many ways. I have a daughter too and they certainly are a blessing. My daughter was almost 2 when her mom had a paralyzing brain hemmorage and 2 weeks later was in a coma. I took my daughter into the Intensive Care area (in spite of the fact that my mother thought it would horrify our daughter). I said "do you love your mommy?" She said "yes." I said would you like to kiss your mommy?" She said "yes." I reached her down to kiss her mommy, who was in a coma and she kissed her and her mommy SAT RIGHT UP! The nurse gasped and covered her mouth. I YELLED "SEE, I TOLD YOU YOU ARE GOING TO BE ALRIGHT!" I said that to get through acoustically to her and to ensure that she didn't slip back into the coma. She reached out with her non-paralyzed arm and smiled THEE MOST PRECIOUS smile ever smiled and she pulled our daughter to her and was SO happy! Two years later when she had learned how to talk again I asked her if she remembered that moment and she said "yes." She said "I was a little girl and I was walking away with a man towards some light and I heard Lauren's (our daughter) voice and I turned back, and as I turned around I saw the man's face was not formed. I came back." Wow! I was validated that it was the right decision to bring her back.

God blesses you daily. I celebrate the wonderful love between your daughter and her daddy who is one cool guy.

God’s Gift to the World
I don’t need diamonds, rubies, or gold,
To give me self worth,
Long as I got the love of my little girl,
I value nothing on this earth,
I don’t need to praise God,
Morning, noon, and night,
He has angels for that job,
But I thank him anyway,
I don’t need power or fame
To reassure me of whom I am,
Every time I look into my little girls eyes,
I see that I am the brightest star in the sky,
As she always say, “The best daddy in the whole wide world”,
I don’t need love as long as I got hers,
I need nothing that I can think of,
Not even a mother, I gotten use to being that,
While other men boast about how
Much child support they pay,
I say,
It’s a poor excuse for not being there,
And if my heavenly father should ask,
What is it that I desire the most?
I would say nothing but the love
Of my little girl,
Oh, my little girl,
She’s my world;
Heaven on earth,
Children are blessed
To be cherished
From up above, and I’m so proud to say,
I got the love of my little girl,
Mothers of the world,
My hats off to you, who put their child first,
I have only respect for you,
Fathers, shame on you,
For thinking child support would replace the love of you.
Peace wizthom

the sky knows no limits, such as this write,
has touch the depths of my soul, with raw truths,
the stars cast no shadows,

man kind and his lack of understanding,
keep watching the heavens above
through lenses splattered in blood.,
hoping for the king of kings to come,
in hopes of being the first to shoot ,
him down,down,down,,

the stars cast no shadows

mystic constellations wait is that a planet there,
other life forms will they come to bare witness here
to the hands that twitch on the triggers.build the bombs
Flesh tearing bullets.skin ripping shrapnel,
flashes weapons of mass destruction blotting out the sun,
the muck and mire ,great balls of fire ,

the stars cast no shadows

side walks and street filled with dust
where flesh bone and blood once dwelt
just a cold reminder how man kind has failed
in the ways of love, the stars cast no shadows
no not on life ,never on life

when will we learn the stars cast no shadows,

the Shadow we see is yet another injustice,
man is reaping on himself,,first we fought for GODS,
now we fight for resources ,what of tomorrow,
will we fight for stars, when stars cast no shadows,

at lest not yet don't be that fool who makes them fall,
all naw,all naw,alllll nawwwwwwwwww

don't be that fool that makes them fallllll
cause when you do a change will come,
a rude awaking a new dawn,
cause the stars cast no shadows,

It is a cold world that lives to regret,
it's a evil wind that blows death ,
hands raised in peace and war leads the quest
its a icy feeling knowing love dwells not in the heart,
of those who brings fourth demons of the dark,
the cries torn from the chests is a feeling of hopelessness,
across the surface of the globe there are rumors of war.
don't shoot me ,please don't shoot me

i am nothing more than the messenger ,
telling you of the truths ,
the stars cast no shadows, naw alll nawwww,

Just heading towards my future at warp speed and thankful for every part of it. Just visited 11 people who respect me in the field of printing. That portends to set the stage for good things in addition to our book/CD and soon-to-be released song to honor soldiers who are parents and their children. It is a stunning song full of deep honor for the sacrifices they and their children make. Tears rolled the very second I wrote down the words. The words were given to me by God rather than me, myself and I writing them. Love. That's the essence of life. Couple that with respect and look out!! All good as they say.

Keep launching your writings. They are projectiles of value that demonstrate pensive significance.

Plaintiff In Indian Case On Settlement

The federal government announced Tuesday a $3.4 billion settlement with Indian trust account holders after more than a century of mismanaging their money. Elouise Cobell, a lead plaintiff in the long-running lawsuit Cobell v. Salazar, says the settlement means a lot to her, but more for American Indians who have waited a long time for justice.
