Wow, that is amazing. Really beautiful--love the flow. Can't decide if my favorite part is a) when they are all making the same movement, b) when they follow one another or c) when they are doing different movements. Probably it's the combination that makes it so cool.

How long do you keep the kites in the air? And during a show, do you re-launch or is it one-shot?

Hope our lovely sister can see you fly next spring. Your
photos are truly amazing- but I still want video. You flying

forced to document your talents for YouTube.... ;-)

I love it! "felon cat"! I want to hear the story!
Thanks re: the photo. We FINALLY got a digital camera, after going without for two years. The arrival of the Boys (Lickity Split and SnapDragon) pushed us to the purchase. Kids always do that, right?

He is my felon cat, George. He is a piece of work but you gotta love him. Great to hear from you. You look great. I love the photo!!!

Where is Suzette? I want to see the picture of her kitty!

I didn't know about mimosas .. . . sort of depressing. Maybe I'll just have a cosmo ;-)

Sister alert!
Zetto is in The Lounge! She joined this morning / noon her time.
Hope she will visit The House soon. She's got a cute kitty photo
already- so maybe that is the "gold medal" that she deserves for
being first at The Lounge / House. ;-)

Two of my colleagues from Fujitsu represented Japan in the Olympics.
(Actually, we sent a total of six Track & Field guys to Beijing.) The two
are Sprinters- so nobody expected Japan to get into the top three for
a medal - including me. I put my foot in my mouth on a teleconference
by kind of dissing their chances. "Barring some sort of miricle" I said,
I would not have to write an article about our Olympians performance.

Was I wrong - Buddha provided not one- but two miracles! In the
prelims of the Men's 4x100 Relay - our best event - two of the top
teams didn't make it to the finals. The Yanks ("septics" in Aussie) dropped the baton and the Brits held it too long in the pass off.

With two of the best teams out of the finals, our boys snuck up
behind the Caribbeans - Jamaica and T&T - to slip in for a Bronze.
It was the first Olympic medal of any kind for our company. They
are already Rock Stars- the Phelps and Bolts of Japan!.

So, instead getting out of a writing assignment- I volunteered for
a ton writing and reporting on the team's accomplishments. But It
has truly been fun to put together the news flash, blogs, photos,
video, press coverage about their Olympic achievement for my
blogs and our internal newsletters.

For our newsletter on Friday - the "Special Olympics" issue- I used
The Lounge to host the pictures of Team Japan. Wil helped me
through the process -- and it worked! - so we are together exploring
new capabilities for Lounge users and Groups. (Check out the pics
of RB at the brewpub in McMinnville in '95 today at the House.) There are more pics from that reunion - I'm thinking of making a slideshow.
