Flank Steak with BLT Mashed Potatoes
This is easy to make and will curb that craving for meat & potatoes.
It's not the best diet meal but Live a little ok?

I use Barefoot Contessa cookbooks and love all of them. Right now I am digging Jacques Pepin "Fast Food My Way". I checked it out of the library but I think I need a perminate copy for my shelf.
